The cost for 5 nights/ 6 days participation each week is:
- $1950 Australian dollars per person, if you are eligible to join under
The Oceania Project Internship Program (Approx. US$1780*).

$1450 Australian dollars per person, if you are eligible to join under
The Oceania Project Youth Internship Program (Approx. US$1324*).
*NOTE: Cost in currency other than Australian Dollars subject to bank exchange rate at time payment is lodged.
Costs Include
- 5 nights / 6 days (Sunday to Friday) accommodation & food on Expedition vessel 'Moon Dancer'.
NOTE: If you participate for multiple weeks, accommodation & food aboard 'Moon Dancer' between trips is included.
Costs Do Not Include
- Any transportation or accommodation costs to and from the
Expedition departure point.
- Insurance for personal medical expense or loss of personal items.
Payment
- A deposit of $550 per person is required to confirm registration.
- The balance is payable 90 days prior to boarding date.
Cancellation Fees
An administration fee of $200 will be charged on any deposited registration cancelled prior to 90 days before joining, thereafter cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
- 90-60 days prior to joining.......................... 20%
- 60 days or less prior to joining.................... 40%
- 30 day or less prior to joining...................... 80%
- Failure to join the expedition....................... 100%

- The joining/departure point for the Expedition vessel 'Moon Dancer' is Urangan Boat Harbour, Hervey Bay, Queensland, Australia.
- Boarding time is 0730 on the Sunday morning, departure time is 0800.
- Hervey Bay can be reached by road, rail or air from Brisbane, Australia.
